Responsible for the management of multiple product launches ranging in complexity throughout the project lifecycle (planning, requirements, design, deployement and post launch. Lead cross functional in the successful implementation of new device launches including Voice, Data Devices, Mobile Broadband and other customer facing devices to market. Teams consisting of Product Development/Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain - Procurement, Inventory Management, Demand Planning/Forecasting, Customer Care, Training, Sales to deliver products and services. Works closely with other functional area project managers, customers and stakeholders to define project scope and develop detailed project plans and artifacts. Identify customer requirements to create schedules/timeline and tasks using industry project methodology. Assures proper documentation and communications throughout project. Manage relationships with multiple Suppliers and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to support product launches.

• Lead cross functional teams to introduce new voice and data products to market (Testing, Quality, Training, Customer Care, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales)• Manage project schedule, issue resolution, risk mitigation and day to day activities for new product launches• Manage Supplier relationships, project schedule and communications with project team to support new product launches• Field visits to obtain feedback on products and new services introduced to the market

• Manage multiple OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to support new voice products to market• Lead and support cross functional teams to develop, drive, maintain and continuously improve new product process• Manage daily operations for the commercialization of all new products throughout the organization (workplan/task management, issue tracking/resolution, risk assessment, project status, communication)
