Gustavo Martínez is currently Head of Public International Affairs and Managing Director of CARI – Argentine Council of International Relations and Argentine Think20 Executive Director, in addition, within this institution, he heads the committees on International Corporate Affairs and Internationalization of Cities. At the same time, he oversees the liaison with the different study committees on Latin American, North American, European and Asian affairs, among othersFrom 2016 to November 2023, he served as Country Expert European Union Public Diplomacy Program in Latin America Platform in Argentina, where he was responsible for designing, organizing, coordinating and executing programs and activities with the aim of networking with diplomats, politicians, private sector, policy makers, journalists, universities and others organizations.He also served as Chief Advisor to the Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee at the Argentine Parliament and as Academic Director and Professor of Master of Diplomacy and Foreign Policy in UCES - Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. Previously, he has been Secretary General of the Università di Bologna, Buenos Aires Headquarters and Academic Coordinator for its master’s in International Relations Europe – Latin America, General Manager of the Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, Senior Conference Manager at the IIR – Institute for International Research and Latin American Division Manager at the ICM - International Communications for Management, Publishing & Training for US and UK headquaters.He has taught at the Universidad de Belgrano, Political Decision Theory, History of Political Ideas, and History of Social Policy in Argentina I. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Universidad de Belgrano and a master’s in education from the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Finally, it is worth mentioning his participation as speaker in several summits, conferences and seminars in different parts of the world (India, China, United States, Mexico, Germany, Greece, Colombia, Brazil, Ethiopia, among others).
