-Participated in the general review of processes in Sodexo and subsidiaries through audits of operational effectiveness and compliance, based in SOX and COSO methodology.-Ensured the proper application of policies, procedures, guidelines and -information systems.- Took part of the various stages of the engagement, planning phase, the fieldwork phase and the drafting of the report:-Planning phase: I carried out preliminary studies, collection and analysis of documentation, term of reference-Fieldwork phase: I assisted the mission manager and senior audit team and participated in interviews of management, analysis of processes, and performed tests of operational and design effectiveness-Audit report: I participated in the discussions and restitution to management and formalized the conclusions of the audit in a report-Generated improvement and remediations plans for different departments (operations, sales, marketing, HR, IT and Quality)-Monitored the implementation of remediation plans for previous missions (issue follow-up)
