Designed and implemented the new Corporate Real Estate department in Mexico, taking responsibility of all real estate activities for Laureate, UVM and Unitec, including expansion projects, facility management, project / construction management, portfolio administration, and lease agreement administration. In charge of carrying out and coordinating expansion projects, finding suitable properties and pieces of land, supervising the process, from the negotiation stage to delivery. Have already overseen two green field projects. In charge of the portfolio administration and facilities management and supervision of 44 campus with more than 9.6M sq ft (940 th sq m) in construction. We developed the general maintenance program and the Certification Project of all campuses, carried out more than 100 maintenance actions for more than 35 campus. In charge of negotiating all new and renewal lease agreements. Have already developed more than 150 building and construction projects, worth over $30M USD. Design of the new project management control system and processes for construction projects. In charge of all lease payments, and real estate accounting within the company Member of the team involved in a large renegotiation project, 10 campuses; making sure key activities were carried out in order to provide all necessary information and strategy for top executives involved in the negotiation process: maintenance action items, appraisals, projections, new property scouting, and supporting the finance and legal departments. Carried out a two month search for potential investors among investment bankers, REITs, funds, and private equity investors. In charge of finding new real estate opportunities, in charge of the relationship with more than 15 key brokerage and real estate firms within the country.

Main Achievements: - Developed the business plan and started the new company as a shareholder.- Developed the first housing development of 100 houses for the Mazahua Indian community in the State of Mexico. - Habvita was recognized as one of the Top 10 housing developers in this new market area of self-constructed rural housing, and obtained a certification from the CONAVI (The National Housing Commission). - I designed the construction and logistics process and methodology for developing the various projects. Such methodology was approved and promoted by the Conavi (national housing commission in México). - As well as the reports, construction controls and budgeting.
