Participation in global IT projects, IT infrastructure support, implementation of new technologies, management of mission-critical environments and negotiations with suppliers are part of my responsibilities to date. Main activities in the last two years were: • Migration to SDWAN technology in 3 factories and 2 offices in Brazil, all the migration was performed remotely without impacts to the business; • Merger project of two large companies being responsible for the integration of all IT infrastructure and participation in the migration of legacy applications;• Restructuring of the industrial automation network in order to follow the evolution of Industry 4. 0 (routers, firewall, servers and cabling); • Support for the implementation of the "Identity and access management" (IAM) system in Brazil; • Windows server migrations to new versions, environment virtualizations, equipment replacement in the retirement process (EoS) (Cisco, DELL);

Participation in integration project of the company Revocoat do Brasil acquired in 2016 having as main responsibility the LAN connectivity, WAN, Voice Service, Infrastructure of the local Datacenter, training and post Go-Live support. Project migration ERP "Oracle R12" I was responsible for delivering environment for integrators with all the premises, complying with the policies required by the company, (Mastersaf, Softway, Sage). Environment certifications, monitoring, hardware installations and network configurations were also part of my responsibilities.Responsible for the installation, configuration of the network infrastructure of the new Resins plant built in the Sumaré site in 2014;Responsible for the infrastructure services support for South America. Support in projects with infrastructure requirements analysis in South America; Servers and network management, maintenance and administration of the datacenter infrastructure involving PABX, Routers, Switches and structured cabling (automation and business network);Monitoring the preparation of technical specifications for the acquisition of services, technologies or products; Analysis of documentation and functionality, understanding to guide the implementations and training; Management of IT calls, monitoring the entire process;Facilitator of the Cultural Evolution Project in Brazil and Argentina sites;
