Over 10 years in technology and marked by constant learning, I started my career as a software engineer and followed a path that led me to increasingly challenging roles. My journey began in full-stack development, with a strong focus on technologies such as Node.js, JavaScript, Angular and cloud environments, especially AWS.Over the years, my passion for the area led me to take on the role of Tech Lead, in which I was able to coordinate teams and serve as a technical reference for team members. This experience allowed me to hone my leadership, management, communication and teamwork skills, as well as approaching tactical responsibilities in the product area.I currently work as Engineering Manager. In this role I am responsible for orchestrating the tech team, ensuring that our efforts are aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. I bridge the gap between strategic planning, tactical tasks and operational execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and solutions.My commitment, dedication of time and studies are focused on ensuring the high performance of the team and the technologies, driving innovation and the constant growth of the organization.
