Reporting to the Randon Veículos' Ddirector, I'm in charge of procurement, controlling and HR process' deliverables.Design and implement supply management's appropriate processes to support the business growth strategy is the main goal of my role in the organization. It encompasses the redesign of process, skills and tools and the effective leadership as well. All purchases run under my responsability, such as direct and indirect materials, services and spare parts. Key process such as costing, budgeting and strategic planning are under my responsability. Management support concerning HR processo runs also under my responsability.

To manage and improve business as well as the company's relationship with it's customers in the RS state in Brazil for the Off-road axles and transmissions system division (OEM's). I'm also responsible for the OES' accounts.

Managing the parts purchasing team in Brazil, I'm responsible for lead this team to bring competitiveness for the Parts business, focusing on supplier management, develop new sources (suppliers), negotiate sales campaigns with suppliers and sales, price and costs negotiations and increase the delivery and quality performance of the supply base. Sinergy and alignment with the other areas such as engineering, quality, production purchasing, manufacturing and marketing is one of the most challenging responsabilities I have.

Developed new supply sources and negotiated prices and promotions for spare parts business and as procure-to-pay process' key user in the ERP project

Responsible for the transportation and customs clearance for imported goods (direct and indirect materials)
