Working on bringing the right talent in-house (previously outsourced or inexistent), ensuring the brands share a data driven approach and pushing growth in a scalable way.- Managed the department’s P&L and budget of 1.9M USD (created savings of over +1.5M USD).- Managed a team of 20 people.- Launched CRM tools (Salesforce and Urbanbuz) for 12 brands, more coming soon.- Created In-house shared service ecosystem for E-Commerce in order to bring more brands online, faster and for a lower cost (7 brands currently have their own E-Commerce).- Transformed E-Commerce teams/structure for the brands.- Joined Board of Advisors for several brands, including Level Shoes, Tryano and The Deal.
