I am a Director of Products with a great technical background. Communication, leading by influence, analytical thinking and planning are the main skills I use to achieve success for the products I work for.I have a Computer Engineering Degree from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, a Project Management MBA from FGV and more then 20 years of experience on the product development industry. I worked as a HW&SW developer for about four years, designing hardware, VHDL and software for telecom platforms. For another four years, I worked as a R&D Project Manager, delivering a successful NG-SDH Telecom product, today largely adopted by telcos in Brazil. After that, for more than six years I worked as a Program Manager, leading System Architects and Project Managers through the development of a complete Ethernet Switches product line, designed for markets like Service Providers and Enterprise Telecom Infrastructure.Now, since 2017, I am working at the Products area, first as a Product Manager and now as a Director of Product, responsible for the company's product lines, from their specification and architecture definitions up to their introduction to the market and customers, being accountable for the results achieved by the products.
