Nationally responsible for the Clinical Analysis area in 10 operational-technical hubs in 8 states, and 22 hospital emergency labs, with nearly 2,000 employees, 10 of whom are direct reports. Production of 120,000,000 tests and yearly service of 10,000,000 customers. Management of the entire value chain, to achieve the P&L targets and KPIs; integrated view of the patient throughout their diagnostic journey. New business development through tailor-made solutions geared to the customers' needs. Results: Restructuring of the production area's indicator portfolio, aligning the compensation model with business expectations and customer perception. In 2023, I was one of those responsible for the ISO 15.189 certification, which ensures that the lab's processes are world-class. And, for the 9th time, I worked for the company's recertification by the College of American Pathologists, in which I've been working on since the first certification (2007).

I was responsible for managing the operational technical centers in Rio de Janeiro and Pernambuco, and the emergency laboratories of twenty-five hospitals in three other Brazilian states. Routine relationships with hospital directors and heads of department to understand customer expectations and quality assurance, and support to hospitals in certifications.
