TEMU provides information access to various job opportunities, concentrating with menial, low-skilled, and blue-collar jobs through the Android Apps “TEMU KERJA”. TEMU is a for-profit entity under social mission (Social Enterprise): to break the cycle of poverty, especially in urban slum area in Indonesia. As the founder of the company, I began by conducting field research for more than 1 year to find out more about the problems and needs of the community in getting jobs that match their expertise, especially for low-skill workers. After getting deep insight, I along with my master's degree friends, designed a technology-based solution that could facilitate workers in the process of finding information, applying for jobs, and the recruitment process.In the course of business development, as a director, I am responsible for managing the company's operations, managing employees, ensuring product development goes according to plan, overseeing field operations, designing marketing activities, and designing product and business development.Achievements:- Creation of product with a system that simplifies the process of making CVs for low-skill workers.- Creation of product with a system that simplifies the process of finding job vacancies in accordance with the abilities of low-skill workers.- Creation of filtered CV delivery automation systems.- With guerrilla digital marketing and without any budget for advertising, the application has been downloaded more than 60,000 times (up to July 2018).- More than 100,000 CVs has been sent to more than 10,000 vacancies (up to July 2018).- It is estimated that more than 5,000 people have got jobs (up to July 2018).
