Led day-to-day training sessions for students during physical education classes or after-school programs using scheduled circuit training. Collected data from a sample of students at multiple schools using an ActiTrainer accelerometer. Performed data analysis to examine exercise intensity of 175 students during Champions Exercise Program.

Conducted personal training sessions using resistance machines, free weights, and cardio machines. Demonstrated exercises on cardio and resistance machines, and performed body composition assessments using a Tanita digital scale as part of the new member consultation process. Managed after school physical activity program with twenty inner-city children.
