Increased speed in another facility by 15fpm avoiding a $10 million capital expenditure. Later increased speed another 25fpm at the same facility with zero capital dollars. All completed within the the plant under my direction and supervision.*I develop computer code for the manufacturing process. *Todays PLC code must meet employee goals and be user friendly. I can provide this because I began my career as a production worker and understand their day to day issues.*Automated process to eliminate operator input during speed/product changes. Eliminated weekly VFD belt breakage from 1-2 per week to 1 every 6 months.
