With over 35 years of experience in design and engineering for the restaurant industry, I am a passionate and creative leader who strives to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience, brand identity, and operational efficiency. I have extensive knowledge of industry standards, equipment specifications, and kitchen prototype development and implementation, and I enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve optimal results. At Inspire Brands, I led the design and engineering innovation team, overseeing the development and implementation of equipment packages for multiple brands, and supporting the franchisee community with guidance and assistance.In my previous role as a sales engineer and market manager, I provided equipment and design solutions to international brand customers, and helped establish new kitchen prototypes for the Latin America market. I leveraged my skills in design project management, CAD, and MEP sets, as well as my fluency in Spanish, to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and suppliers, and to ensure quality and compliance with brand standards.
