Samuel Maina Email and Phone Number
I am an innovative and calculated risk taker who is a great team member. My vast Experience of over 12 years, in the retail sales beverage industry with internationally recognized brands, has given me unparalleled experience . My managerial experience is in all areas of business i.e. marketing, customer service, procurement, operations and Human Resource Management. My experience has allowed me to develop skills in strategy development, implementation and monitoring, effective time and change management, employee training and development, efficient administration and records maintenance, and excellent communication and relationship building. At Dorman’s Coffee, I rose from training to operations manager and finally General Manager as a result of my great work output. I am a quick study and can effectively build relationships which would allow me to fit into any work environment seamlessly. In my current position at Good African Coffee, Top Ugandan coffee brand aspiring to be an industry leader in Africa, I lead the overall operations for both the coffee shops and our factory (production). As a young and enterprising individual, I believe that my exposure within the East African market gives me the added advantage.
