Het redden van hulpbehoevende zeehonden op en rond Terschelling en het zonodig opvangen en verzorgen van zeehonden op het eiland Terschelling en het zosnel als mogelijk weer terugzetten van deze zeehonden op de plek waar ze gevonden zijn.Voorts het geven van informatie aan bewoners en bezoekers van het eiland Terschelling hoe om gaan met zeehonden op het strand en waarom zeehonden vaak juist door menselijk handelen in de problemen komen.Tot slot willen we door registratie en autopsie bij overlijden achter de werkelijke doodsoorzaak komen.
