The entire team was laid off as of 12/31/2021 and is no longer employed by WasteVision.

Responsible for establishing a Project Management Office for the engineering department, focusing on creating generic scope lists, budget determination tools, planning templates, progress reports, and request systems for outsourcing work.

Continuously identify, analyze, and specify process optimizations within the Project Management Department. For example, set up a capacity management system for approximately 250 professionals with 25 specializations.

Responsible for developing and implementing a new project planning methodology and supporting the establishment of a new planning department.
