Master Thesis,Clearing the Sky in Cloud Computing: a Framework for SLAs in the Cloud.Graded with an 8,5.Cloud Computing changes the way that CIOs look at their IT and at the possibilities of outsourcing in the Coud. The characteristics of consumer-provider relationships change towards traditional IT Outsourcing (ITO). But is this translated into changed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)? And what are the consequences of the difference between the Public and Private Cloud?This research has provided answers to these questions through the development of a Cloud Computing SLA framework and two detailed SLAs that represent the necessary SLA elements that should be included. The Unilateral SLA ((U)SLA) for the Public Cloud en the Bilateral SLA ((B)SLA) for the Private Cloud.

Graduation project at the packaging department of Mifa Aluminium. The aim of the project was to optimalize the packaging of products ranging from 2 mm. to 6000 mm. in length. The products range in surface characteristics from 'visible surface' with a tolerance of RA <3,2 µm up to 'sealing surfaces' with a tolerance of RA <0,8 µm and RZ <10 µm.A calculation model was developed that provided the most optimal packaging method based on product characteristics and cost considerations.
