Digitalization provides organizations with a rapidly changing opportunity and risk landscape, including professional cyber crime. This is especially true for government and multi national organizations in Global Banking and Finance, Pharma, Health, Manufactering, Fast Moving Consumer Goods as well as Oil and Gas. The team and I helped organizations to reap the benefits of digitalization in a secure way.In this context I build and led BT's global Security Consulting organization and developed the strategy with differentiating expertise. This concerned a community of nearly 500 colleagues of which 135 consultants in a direct reporting line and a leadership team of 8 in a matrix organization. We achieved >10% year-on-year global revenue and margin growth in 3 consecutive years as a result of increased customer intimacy and satisfaction. This led to further value and business pull-through to the benefit of customers and BT. All results of the transformation we went through in the development of our consulting people and differentiating expertise around Cyber, Cloud and Compliance including data protection (gdpr).As part of my accountability I represented BT towards analysts and the press leading to different positive listings such as: IDC; Forrester; Gartner Market Guide for Security Consulting; Current Analysis MSSP report; Gartner MSS report.

Led the strategy creation and execution for my departments to become a business differentiator. With the Country Executive Team we managed a business of € 365M per annum as part of which I was accountable for Marketing, Portfolio and Sustainability. This included an organization of 22 professionals which we transformed to improve reputation, customer Intimacy and on-demand leads while we reduced our marketing budget with 35% and Portfolio opex reduced with 22%. During this term I initiated and over saw the launch of our Customer advisory board as well as the build of a new Data center and 2 Customer demo centers.At the same time I led the creation and execution of our 3 year Sustainability plan reducing our CO2 submissions with 55% and water usage efficiency went up 37%. In addition we extended our Partnership with Johan Cruyff. Through fundraising and volunteering we have launched the first Cruyff Court in Belgium.
