Drafted a benchmark report in collaboration with SEAC and SUPSI (University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland). The report focuses on Building-Integrated PV (BIPV) as a building element and a means to generate electricity for applications such as roofs, facades and glazing. Wrote a conference paper for the EU PVSEC 2014. The topic, a market analysis of BIPV as a solution for roofs and facades with respect to the Dutch and Swiss market. Presented the results of the conference paper and master thesis on the EU PVSEC 2014. Wrote a scientific article about the techno-economic feasibility of PV as a roofing solution under multiple scenarios (e.g. various governmental policies, price elasticity of PV systems, variable electricity prices). To deal with uncertainty, a Monte Carlo analysis was included in the study.

As graduate intern I conducted a study to determine the techno-economic feasibility of PV as a roofing solution for consumers in the Netherlands. Furthermore, I conducted an extensive market analysis based the product and pricing of different PV roofing solutions in the Netherlands. The results are published in a report. I successfully concluded and defended my thesis with an 8.

As a graduate intern I investigated the assembly process of company that produces bakery machines. Based on the research, the necessary improvements were concluded in an advisory report. The process was focused on reducing the turn-around time of bakery machine in the assembly hall. Furthermore, I wrote a proposal to optimize the process of incoming goods in their warehouse. The recommendations have been implemented later.
