Leading Air-Conditioner Assembly Line consists of 10 white collar and 400 blue collarReporting to Head of ProductionResponsible for :- Actualization of production to provide on time delivery- Management of quality and productivity KPI's- Implementation of safety regulations- 6 Sigma projects in the department - Lean production implementation on the line- Management of department budget

•Managing product import process through:-Coordination with forwarder, customs broker and supplier-Prioritization the shipments through the needs of sales team-Controlling transportation cost-Providing necessary documents-Bonded warehouse and factory warehouse optimization•Managing and reporting logistics KPI’s•Facilitating 6 Sigma projects within the team•Follow up government regulations about international trade
