With a focus on Japan as a major growth market, I was selected for this global role to upgrade the IT infrastructure, as well as build capability to ensure continuous expansion. Within a year, we launched the Asia Pacific Customer Center providing IT services, Regional Call Center, Data Center, and manufacturing support to 8 countries.Result: Established.
