Responsible for refreshing and deploying the High Performance Teams programme on a global scale, to build team capability post organisational strategic reset, all in the face of Covid 19. Additionally took ownership of Fonterra’s value chain learning experiences consisting of online game and face to face business simulation serious-game. Achievements •Produced 26 new and refreshed micro-modules for High Performance Teams covering themes such as defining team purpose, setting strategy, building psychological safety, dealing with conflict and improving collaboration. •Deployed these on a global scale, running 8 x Train The Facilitator sessions across all major regions, and established a global community of over 120 facilitators to build capability, share learnings and crowd-source ideas•Workshops designed for both online delivery and face to face settings to overcome Covid 19 restrictions and make accessible for global teams•Automated a team effectiveness assessment tool to be self-service, easy to use and low maintenance (over 1400 users as of Oct 23)•Managed vendor relationship for design expertise and external perspective
