I work on the Systems and Information team providing Training to staff in South Tyneside Councils Social Care Department. I support social workers using both the Adult and Children's versions of the Care Management System, LiquidLogic. This involves identifying training needs and delivering training to meet them. Skilled in classroom settings or on a 1:1 basis. I am currently creating a new set of training materials incorporating the correct business processes. I provide Quality Assurance to all written guidance used in the training. This involves updating the information regularly to make sure guidance is up-to-date and in line with any changes which have taken place.
