Managing the operations of the organization. Full responsibility for operations, determining targets, goals, production plans, work processes, products development, marketing and sales, customer relations, cost reduction etc.

Engineering Division Manager (reporting to the General Manager). Managed several departments: Projects, Engineering archive, Process, Mechanical and Electrical engineering with 26 managers & engineers.Responsible for defining the goals, objectives, work plan and timetable. In charge of initiating, approving and executing the groups annual investment plan. Project management, including ROI, cost / benefits analysis, design and execution. Setting engineering standards and specs for equipment. Development of engineering design capabilities through implementation of advanced design and data management tools. Leading improvement processes, proactive thinking, streamlining and energy saving projects.

Chief Electrical Engineer and manager of the electrical branch, consisting of four departments; Design, Maintenance and Projects, Electronics and Control.
