As a USA Hockey Seminar Instructor, Evaluator and Supervisor I ensure that officials are properly educated with regards to rule knowledge and interpretation. I instruct class room sessions as well as ice sessions teaching positioning, skating, reaction, play signaling, awareness, and dealing with coaches, players and parents. Our goal is to take a young official and groom him/her to advance to the next level hopefully making it to officiate college, international or professional hockey.

General manager of two collision shops for a large MSO collision shop. I'm a very goal orientated, task specific, team building employee who thrives under pressure to get the job done. Employee training and problem solving to obtain perfect "10's"​ on our CSI scores are two of my biggest challenges that I face with a "bring it on"​ attitude! My military training has provided me with the skills to multi-task and keep control of the situation in any environment. My biggest philosphy is "be pro-active, not reactive", find the problem before the problem occurs and resolve it.

Stationed at NMCRC Buffalo and attached to ACU2. Leading deckbosn aboard the LCU 1680, in charge of overall safety and operations of the deck while underway and in port. Also attached to Naval Amphib Base, Little Creek VA as base security.
