As a Solution Manager at Attenti, I apply my forensic psychology expertise and product management skills to deliver innovative and effective offender monitoring and rehabilitation solutions. With over 10 years of experience in teaching, researching, and consulting in the fields of profiling, criminology, and cognitive behavioral therapy, I have a deep understanding of the psychological, social, and environmental factors that influence criminal behavior and recidivism. I use this knowledge to design and implement risk assessment tools, intervention programs, and data-driven strategies that help Attenti's clients reduce crime, enhance public safety, and improve offender outcomes. I also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and researchers to ensure the quality, usability, and scalability of Attenti's products. In addition, I am passionate about sharing my insights and expertise with students and professionals, as I have been a lecturer at Ruppin Academic Center and Ariel University for the past five and eight years, respectively.
