I provide an open channel of communication for technical information to reach clients. I provide sales support for new and existing customers keeping them updated on the progress of orders.Working closely with the shop floor, technical director, and sales director I have a good grasp of the workflow, demands, technical requirements and lead time for production.Utilising my design skills, technical knowledge and understanding of DTP and graphic design software I am producing a range of technical documents, marketing and POS literature to aid and support our customer facing sales team.Skilled in a wide variety of fields, from component level electronics repairs, installation of AV systems, manufacture of bespoke high end audio and video interconnects. I have managed small teams in both project development and project implementation capacities.I have previously run a technical department in a larger company, and used those same skills to run my own business.I bring with me exceptional Customer Service skills from a number of industries where I have needed to be client facing.I have a good eye for detail, and i'm never afraid to turn my hand to something new.More recently I have broadened my IT skills, working with SQL databases, I have some basic interrogation skills for this database type.Alongside this I have some website building experience having built a few sites for my own online presence as a proprietor, and some work editing client's websites while working in the IT sector.
