Managing production projects

This satellite manufacturing operation required daily planning and coordination of production activities for the structural plate division creating engineered - to - order culverts and bridge alternatives. The 1-3 shift operation employed 10 personnel to corrugate and shape steel plate to the approved drawings. Instrumental in maintaining quality, safety and on time deliveries.

Manufacturing operations include all factory planning, from translations of sales forecasts into supply chain- materials planning, production planning, shipping and receiving. Focused on product quality improvements on both plastic thermoforming and extrusion press operations and driving alignment of supply chain to the factory floor to achieve improved on time delivery. Utilizing lean manufacturing principals enabled making step function improvements in our internal cycle times, and overall manufacturing efficiencies.

Service,maintain and develop existing customers. Locate new customers, markets and applications. Make sales calls. Produce reports. Provide sales forecast.
