Aswell as being an active Licensed Plumber who operates a fully functional Plumbing business in the current Plumbing Industry, Specializing in insurance repairs and assessing with Emergency and Property maintenance Plumbing having worked with many Facility, Asset and Property managers over a 25 year period Metro Plumbing Solutions also work with Insurance Companies and Body Corporates to perform make safe call outs during storms and urgent situations such as floods and water damage and similar and follow up with secondary works if required, Guy consults and negotiates with consumers and clients whom have an issue with another Licensed Plumber whether it be a personality clash, disagreement or contract breakdown!I am very approachable, honest and also a great communicator between two parties whom require mediation in regards to Compliance work completed and works in progress and when all seems lost between client and existing Tradesmen and related parties, I have consulted several times before in this situation and everybody comes out with a positive keep going forward attitude and relationship
