I have been promoted from a kitchen sales designer to an assistant manager dealing with a variety of different scenarios in my daily routine and trying to improve and already great store into a better one.

I am a kitchen sales designer for Magnet mixing between trade and retail. I am mainly based on trade so my knowledge on joinery is up to scratch. Through my good results I have been introduced and asked to step in when needed on retail and offer my good service.My job consists of meeting the general public or builder and qualifying their needs. I then arrange to go to the customers property and survey their kitchen gathering all the information I will need to plan the perfect kitchen. Once these steps have been followed through I put together the perfect working kitchen plan to satisfy the customers.Once everything is agreed with the plan we move forward onto the final stages which is the price. It is very important to qualify the customer so when we come to negotiate a price they are aware of ball part figure and happy with what they have.
