Working in the Oil & Gas unit (Serck Audco Valves), I was responsible for receiving and replying to customer enquiries with a complete technical solution. Also, receipt of the subsequent order and management of the order processing and purchasing of required parts/materials. Management of the required documentation for Contract orders. I had responsibility for the National Grid business, for the last couple of years. Also, monthly reporting duties, and data management on EFACS/SAP.

Working initially in the Chairman's Office, reporting to the Business Development Manager, and then later to the Partner in Charge of the Energy, Water and Transport Group, I was involved in various projects, including the merger of Coopers & Lybrand to Price Waterhouse.
