* Responsible for overseeing the construction and setup of an all-new, $5.6 billion dollar cutting edge electric vehicle battery facility in Glendale, Kentucky, confirming that multiple quality and safety rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology adhering to stringent quality standards and compliance with relevant codes and OEM standards to optimize functionality of the facility.* Conduct weekly QA/QC meetings with general contractors, trade partners, and third-party inspection companies to discuss job site progress, reviewing milestones achieved, and addressing any outstanding issues.* Direct pre-installation inspections and meetings prior to each new task is started to verify inspection requirements and the procedures that will be followed during installation/construction. * Identify, plan and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity within the company, optimizing workflow, reducing downtime, cost and foster a culture of continuous improvement among team members.* Perform in-process Inspections on various stages of manufacturing as it is being performed to ensure product quality is applicable with codes, standards and work meets job specifications to prevent potential issues.* Complete daily site walks with QA/QC teams from all trade partners to identify and address potential issues, ensure quality control, promote communication among team members and overall project management.* Review QA/QC turnover document packages to verify that all required documentation is complete, accurate and up-to-date, promoting transparency and accountability in quality management from each trade partner.

* Manage day to day business operations of multiple clients including domestic and foreign, assigned to perform third party inspections for various oil and gas commodities.* Develop and maintain project schedule and budget to ensure project meets initial estimates, review specifications, drawings, scope of work, prepare project plans for review.* Review and approve customer contracts purchase orders and work authorizations regarding the company’s proposed scope of work, customer expectations, and project objectives.* Effectively communicate and provide interpersonal skills with all levels of business, customers, vendors, and fellow employees. Conduct/Attend Pre-Inspection meetings, site surveys, contract negotiations, as well as building strong trusting relationships.* Complete project close out reports to identify final changes in scope of work, additional revenue opportunities punch list items and any hindrances that may delay close out and final payment.* Establish cross-functional teams, working closely with end users, contract managers, technical specialists and purchasing officers to consolidate technical specifications and support data to identify potential risk and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Confirm appropriate procurement strategies, identify and evaluate contract risks and maintain probity throughout the process.* Interpreting high level job specifications, reading and confirming written instructions, analysis, interpretation of working drawings and technical specifications.* Oversee and ensure the highest standards of HSE/PPE, OSHA regulations, sanitation, and maintenance across the facility.

* Provide daily plant manufacturing support for defect resolution, test-related failures, and the management of non-conforming material.* Establish cross-functional teams, working closely with end users, contract managers, technical specialists and purchasing officers to consolidate technical specifications and support data to identify potential risk and implement corrective and preventive actions.* Interpreting high level job specifications, reading and confirming written instructions, analysis, interpretation of working drawings and technical specifications.* Lead and develop internal technical support within the engineering staff.* Develop and ensure analytical troubleshooting and root cause analysis practices are followed.* Investigate/resolve any report supplier-related manufacturing issues, work closely with customer supplier quality counterparts to resolve.* Plan production workflow and equipment layout changes for maximum efficiency using automation where possible.* Observe/implement product & process quality improvements activities daily.* Inspect mechanical parts, aluminum/copper HVAC tubing using calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, height/pin gauges and multiple types of Lab testing devices.
