As the Senior Funds Associate I am heading the relationships with the funds and network VC's and the co investment process. this includes:- Deal sourcing.- Initial screening followed by in- depth Due Diligence (DD).- Company evaluations (market and competitive analysis, market and technology trends, exit analysis).- Preparation and presentation of IC memos. - Maintaining relationships and supporting portfolio companies. - Maintaining Fund's VC's underlying portfolio database and constantly evaluating co investment opportunities.Part of my work includes networking with entrepreneurs and colleagues and establishing and maintaining strong professional networks.

I managed the Israeli VC operations and headed all finance and legal activities. I conducted investment research with the main focus to research emerging technological trends and identify high return fields of investments in alignment with the fund's strategy. I steered efforts to establish and maintain exceptional working relationships with co-investors and high level partners, such as serial entrepreneurs, angels, and key executives. I also oversaw all aspects of investment activities, including deal flow, using various online and offline deal flow tools, as well as sourcing and evaluating potential new target investments.
