Project Manager for a large scale capital project- $120MM+, responsible for scope, schedule, and cost. The project is a brownfield project which included the relocation of existing operations, and the demolition of buildings internal to the factory building. The project is two aseptic baby food lines, one with particulate, including kitchen and batching, UHT process, state of the art aseptic filling and highly automated secondary packaging, utilizing robotics. Project Team reporting up to me is comprised of electrical engineers, process engineers, utility engineers, CAD 3-D operators, admintrative personnel, construction managers, and safety resources. Working with research and development, marketing, operations, quality, and plant engineering for capital project submission. Conducted a VEA exercise with emphasis on LEAN Manufacturing. Have lead the project through the design, procurement, and installation of buildings and equipment.
