As the Senior Civil servant I was in charge of the selection procedure for a Document Management System to be used by diverse City of Ghent departments. In that capacity I established the system requirements, had the various DMS based applications defined and led the formal government tendering and selection process.

I had product enhancements installed and provided service delivery and direct support to pilot customers. I also took part in the GSMA Global Roaming Quality (GRQ) initiative.

My primary role as a project manager was to keep track of the MasterCard, Maestro and Visa releases and updates and to have the credit cards back-office systems and organisation updated accordingly.
