Building Design Consultant and Surveying Services:• Residential Design: New Build Houses/Extensions/Conversions/Refurbishments• Freelance Surveying and Commercial Management.• New build SAP Energy Assessor and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessor.• Planning application and Building Regulation submissions.• CAD technical drawing and design work.• Consulting role to aid the client on construction issues.• Building and Contract specification preparation.• Project management of residential protects from conception to completion.• Surveying and Estimating including subcontractor and material procurement.• Contract Administration and Project cost analysis.

Commercial Manager/Operations Manager /Technical Manager:• Responsible for all detailed design of all house designs, site layouts, site civils, roads & sewers, landscaping.• Formulate Code for Sustainable Homes and SAP specifications, including renewable technologies.• Manage all architects, structural, drainage, geotechnical, sound engineers.• Formulate and approve the company construction specifications, including any new construction methods.• Setting up and liaise with all service/ utility companies for all off and on site works.• Achieve planning conditions, planning revisions and minor amendment approvals.• Achieve building regulation approvals and organising NHBC warranties.• Site planning and set up, including all on site value engineering.• Formulate company construction programs, including master/individual site programs and progressing.• Preparing site budgets, valuations and cost control.• Approving subcontractors including payments.• Managing material scheduling and ordering.• Managing site issues and making sure designs are constructed to the quality required.

Project management of developments from conception to conclusion, including:-• Evaluation of potential sites for problem areas, additional costs and general feasibility.• Production of development budgets for proposed sites, including Social Housing projects.• Producing development specifications for all sites.• Value Engineering of Projects for methods of construction to be employed for a cost efficient build process.• Allocation of subcontractors to carry out works awarded against competitive tender.• Liaising with Architects, Engineers, Local Authorities and service companies.• Overseeing site management ensuring construction is to specification and program.• Monthly production of construction costs including any revisions to the original budget.• Production of cash flows against programmed works.• Comparison of final costs against original development projections.
