After more than 10 years in the construction and maintenance field I was given the opportunity to move into a sales position. Getting the opportunity to help a small local business grow from a one room upstairs location, which we proudly called ourselves an "inconvenient store", to a 3,000+ sq ft store on our towns busiest street has given me some of my best memories in sales. From the ever challenging customer relationship, deliveries, outside sale, to in store sale and even developing and operating an in store ink recycling/refilling program. Those early experiences allowed me to grow confident in my leadership abilities. Attending NSCC and first completing the Adult Learning Program (Level V) then graduating from the 2 year NSCC Business Administration - Management concentration, showed me my age was not a hindrance to my ability and willingness to learn.
