My Office is every mens dream- a big play room with many expensive toys.No, it doesn't involve Play station or a pool table, On the other hand, it does include some of the world's leading 3D printers and Scanners from leading manufacturers in the market.In the dynamic and evolving market of the 3D printers, every day is a challenge.Unlike many traditional and mature markets,where the direction and business is defined and known, when dealing with an emerging market such as 3D printing, which invents it self on a daily basis, the challenges are tough and diverse, and large portion of the efforts are invested in educating the market and learning new things every day. Fun, did I not mention it?The guidelines I follow:1. Proportions- Work is important. Very important. Family and health is more. Even when it gets tough (and it does), remember that it is still not a question of life or death. It will help you make better decisions.2. Persistence - Not everything I planned will work right today. and tomorrow. and almost every day. It sucks, but that's life. Every day I lose opportunities/prospects, find new competitors, and get rejects from customers and Prospects. the question is how we chose to deal with it- look back and cry or look to the future and improve..3. Be a person - treat everyone as you want to be treated, don't patronize, humiliate or disparage anyone. Yes- sometimes customers are annoying, employees do mistakes, and suppliers do not always treat you as you feel they should. Put ego aside, take a deep breath and think of the day after.4. Have Humor - extensive researchers and thousands of personal case studies have thought me that life looks better when you have a smile. And yes, you will have more business.
