• My role was to connect value across two of Weatherford’s most successful product lines.
• Rig Integration of both MPD equipment and mechanization and tubular handling equipment on rigs, was central in a vision to bring best-in-class technology to rigs in preparation for the safest possible means of drilling.
• Development and commercialization of software that would allow semi-automated drilling response to dynamic situations while navigating through tight pore pressure and fracture gradient windows, providing well integrity.
• Created an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) with post sales Service and after-market sales business to create new revenue pipelines for both Product Lines.

Primary focus was on introducing MPD technology as the "New Drilling Convention" to every facet of the drilling industry from Land to Ultra-Deepwater.
