Using extensive expertise in the law enforcement field Ferguson Focus Limited is designing and delivering tailor made strategic development exercises for the Public and private sector. These exercises allow the participants to undertake scenarios based exercises in a safe learning environment. Lecturing on leadership and mass disaster management for universities, police forces, businesses and to national and local politicians.In May 2017 designed and delivered a highly acclaimed exercise for strategic leaders in Essex Police as part of Bill Griffiths Associates, praised as the 'Best training I have received in 20 years' by a participant.

Borough Commander with responsibility for all aspects of policing in the Borough of Sutton. He was personally responsible for the coordination and delivery of policing within the London Borough of Sutton for 5 years leading and managing over 500 police officers/staff with a budget of £18 million. Working in close partnership with the local authority within the Safer Sutton Partnership achieved 35% reduction in crime, best confidence and satisfaction and staff survey results in MPS. He was involved in UK Disaster Victims Identification (DVI) work and on-call as part of the national/international rota. Guy led the majority of major policing operations at Twickenham Stadium for 4 years working closely with the RFU and other agencies. He initiated several MPS wide keystone projects including body worn cameras, securing the support and funding. Over a 4 year period he advised on a major Force level restructuring/change programme representing a quarter of London. He ensured that strategic decisions were implemented locally with compassion and ‘dovetailed’ his local change programme to deliver the required outcomes, whilst maintaining staff morale and overall performance. Guy deputised for the South East London Area Commander in her absence, taking responsibility for supporting some of most challenging policing areas in the country.
