Prior to Centennial Partners I spent 14 years at Grant Samuel incl. 4 years as Co-CEO and 14 years as the Co-Head of Capital Advisory. Grant Samuel is one of the leading independent corporate finance advisory firms across Australia and New Zealand. Having joined Grant Samuel in 2009 as Co-Head of Capital Advisory, I helped build the largest independent capital advisory business in the market. My previous investment banking experience includes 28 years spent between Grant Samuel, Deutsche Bank and UBS, across all capital markets domestically and internationally (equity, debt and hybrids) and M&A, spanning all sectors.My boardroom experience includes; a director at Grant Samuel, a non-executive director (alternate) for Taurus Motor Finance for 5 years and am a non-executive director at Winton Land (NZX:WIN, ASX:WTN) and the Australian Wildlife Conservancy (“AWC”).I am also passionate about the environment. I joined the Board of the AWC in 2021. My wife Georgie and I have been keen supporters of AWC since we were first introduced to the organisation in 2009. AWC is Australia’s largest nature conservancy.I am a Chartered Accountant and have a B.Com and M.Tax from UNSW Sydney.
