• Generates shipment reports based on dispatchers daily report and creates Purchase Request (Payment Request) through SAP ERP.• Check haulers Invoice & Invoice details such as destination, no. of pallets and computation against approved Payment Request Form.• Attach supporting documents to Payment Request for endorsement to Finance.• Communicates with Dispatchers, Finance and Hauler for any discrepancies in invoices.• Tracks Hanging Shipments and communicate with Dispatcher, Haulers and Warehouse Supervisor.• Organize all payments for fuel consumption of forklifts. • Prepares Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.• Updates KPI’s.• Entrusted to process reimbursement of employees’ subsidies and meal allowances. • Tasked to assist Plant Logistics’ Manager in all paper works.• Assigned as custodian for office supplies and implementing regulation of supplies’ distribution as per company policy.
