He represents a wide variety of tech clients in M&A transactions, largely cross-border, venture capital financings (representing top tier international and local VC’s), corporate and securities law matters and in other related issues. Guy has negotiated over a thousand equity financing and venture capital transactions, many of which involved complex corporate and transactional matters.Guy advises entrepreneurs and company founders on a daily basis in matters relating to company formation, fund raising (including on its strategic elements), negotiating technology and commercial agreements, on general corporate issues and on the company's mergers and acquisitions activities.
