Guy is responsible for leveraging the existing world class leadership development and training strategies for the operation and service and takes this development to the next level. He builds effective field teams that are trained to the needs of the organization. As a training leader he drives local region feedback into the global training organization to impact content development, access strategies, relevant learning options and specific projects to build out capabilities. Including program/project management, Guy is also handling technical performance oversight and monitoring, budgeting, planning, scheduling and risk management. He prepares, analyzes, tracks and reports budgets, tasks, and schedules needed to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a training programs. Working in a team environment, he ensures issues are resolved and prepares and reviews statement of works, status reports, project descriptions, and technical reports. Guy provides leadership, vision and direction for customer and company initiatives that support the company's business objectives and requirements. He is responsible for both the sustainment and organic growth of training programs.
