Accountable for the growth and performance of five primary operating entities and multiple sub-entities based in the Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, London, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates and South Africa. The primary business was Offshore Banking supporting customers in 100+ countries through a direct banking model with limited branches in key markets. The business included retail banking, wealth management, private banking, private client investment services, fund management and administration. Significant improvements in profitability were achieved over the period through re-engineering the business, the organization structure and business platforms.The role included management accountability and oversight of domestic banking businesses in Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.

Hong Kong

A founding member of HSBC's new E-Commerce Management Team tasked with the design, development and deployment of retail and commercial banking internet banking platforms in major markets. I led the development and deployment of a new internet banking capabilities in Hong Kong and oversaw their adoption across the wider Asia-Pacific Region.

Accountable for the performance of all customer facing businesses (excluding investment banking and markets activities) in Indonesia.
