As one of the pioneering programmers at a dynamic startup, I played a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge risk assessment tool tailored for cryptocurrency holders. Our primary goal was to empower banks and Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) by evaluating whether a client (cryptocurrency holder) could securely deposit their coins. This involved an in-depth analysis of blockchain data to assess the legitimacy of the source of their holdings and to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.My responsibilities extended beyond coding, encompassing significant contributions to product design and functionality. My dedication to quality was evident through the meticulous development of unit tests for every feature, ensuring the robustness of our system.Working in a high-pressure environment, I thrived on the sense of independence and meaningful collaboration within our team.
