I help global retailers uncover the hidden potential of their POS solutions using the Ecrebo OnPoint platform.The OnPoint platform connects retailers with every in-store customer so they can deliver 1-to-1 personalisation in-store via previously untapped channels. OnPoint is completely platform independent, so requires no changes to a retailer's POS application, nor does it require any additional hardware in-store. working on our Point of Sale Marketing platform.I work with both the business and software development teams and am responsible for technical sales and customer relationship management from a technical perspective. I am enthusiastic about helping retailers achieve significant incremental revenue through our products and services.

I started working at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions following the acquisition of IBM's Retail Store Solutions division by Toshiba TEC. I worked as a specialist predominantly in the 4690 operating system environment. I had technical responsibility for all the 4690 accounts in the UK plus any customers running linux on Toshiba GCS (formerly IBM) point of sale hardware. All of the Toshiba retail solution portfolio is underpinned by the Remote Management Agent systems management tool for which I had responsibility from a technical standpoint in the UK.I was also responsible for running classroom education on 4690 OS and Remote Management Agent across the EMEA region.

I joined IBM in 1994, but have been working in IBM Retail Store Solutions since 2003 as a technical specialist predominantly in the 4690 operating system environment. I had technical responsibility for all the 4690 accounts in the UK plus any customers running linux on IBM point of sale hardware. All of the Toshiba retail solution portfolio is underpinned by Remote Management Agent systems management tool for which I had primary responsibility from a technical standpoint in the UK.For many years, I ran training classes on 4690 OS and Remote Management Agent across Europe and the Middle East.

From 1998 to June 2003, I worked in the defect support team within IBM's maintenance division. This involved handling software defects for our 4690 OS and application software, point of sale drivers and Retail Application DOS (RA/DOS).From 2001, I was given the job of heading up the European Level 2 defect support team which was responsible for analysing all the defects which were being reported across Europe.
