Guy is Head of Delivery for Uptown South for the Qiddiya Delivery Partnership (QDP) working in alliance with Qiddyia, KSA.Previously he was Construction Director for the Commercial Office and Residential (COR) business unit in London. Part of the business unit board reporting to the BU Managing Director. He took accountability across live projects within the business unit, and provides strategic support for bids, pipeline and the residential aftercare team.Guy has a track record for leading numerous commercial, residential and mixed use projects over 25 years industry experience highest standards under both D&B and Construction Management form of contracts. Guy sits on the Responsible Business board at Mace and is leading the drive for low carbon solutions for his clients across their developments. Prior to joining Mace he spent 2 years in Chicago working as part of the delivery team on the Michigan Avenue Hotel Intercontinental.His principle strengths cover both pre-construction and project delivery from design, through procurement, manufacture/assembly, and handover. He has a keen enthusiasm for embracing industry innovation within the projects and sectors he leads and influences.A proven team leader, Guy has a natural ability to engage and motivate the teams he works with and creates an environment where the team are productive and work collaboratively together to deliver.
