After a change in the organizational structure, it was important that it actually started working in practice. Furthermore, my work consisted of communicating about the project, researching and writing policy documents for the project. Additionally, I organized and facilitated a 3-day training for our change agents from France, China, Brazil, India, Germany, Singapore, USA. Interim Manager at Sitech Services B.V. (Jun. 2019- Jan 2020) Second project in my traineeship was as an Interim manager for the department plant information. Here, I was responsible for the operational management of 18 employees, including performance reviews. Additionally, my project focused on getting to know the ins and outs of the department, implementing the business plan, increasing the awareness/communication surrounding the department and developing the new 3D scanning service. We have achieved some great results for instance, the department video, the growth and development of the people in the department, improving processes, increasing the trust and ownership of the employees and getting orders for our 3D service and by doing so increasing the revenue. Project advisor at CHILL (Feb 2020- Sep 2020)The third project within my Chemelot management traineeship was as a Project advisor within Chemelot Innovation and Learning Labs. Responsible for optimizing the HR related processes and the mentoring of interns from an higher professional education and their end project of setting up a business proposal.
